Contest runs August 23rd – October 15th
Use your artistic skills and imagination to create an original artwork that shows us what you want to be when you grow up!

  • 1st Prize $1,000 college savings account
  • 2nd Prize $500 college savings account
  • 3rd Prize $250 college savings account

First, Second, and Third Place Winners will be selected from the following categories:

  • Pre-Kindergarten- Kindergarten
  • 1st and 2nd grades
  • 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades
  • 6th, 7th, and 8th grades
  • 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades

Plus, a $200 Gift Card for the teacher who has the most submissions!

A reception will be held for the art contest winners at the Windmill Library on November 9th from 5-7pm.

HOW TO ENTER

Step 1)
Pre-K – 2nd Grade Participants

CREATE ARTWORK ON AN OFFICIAL ART ENTRY FORM: Create your artwork on an Official Art Entry Form answering the question “What do you want to be when you grow up?” Download the Art Entry Form below. The Entrant’s first and last name must be on the back of the Art Entry Form. Artwork with the Entrant’s name on the front of the Art Entry Form is subject to disqualification.

3rd – 12th Grade Participants

CREATE ORIGINAL PIECE OF ART: Artwork can be any original idea that answers the question “What do you want to be when you grow up?” Artwork is restricted to 8.5”x11” only and must also contain the words “College Savings Nevada” in any style or form. The artwork can be any medium: painting, sketch, collage, etc. The Entrant’s first and last name must be on the back of the artwork. If an entrant’s name is on the front of the artwork, it is subject to disqualification.

Step 2)

COMPLETE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FORM: Complete Official Registration Form available below. Registration Form must be completed and signed by Entrant’s parent or legal guardian prior to submission.

If you are mailing in your artwork, your Registration Form must be attached with tape or a paperclip to upper left corner of your art.
