Our second guest is Dr. DeRionne Pollard, President of Nevada State College (NSC) and the first African American woman president of any NSHE institution.
Dr. Pollard is deeply connected to her community and is an active member on various Academic Commissions and Boards. She holds a Ph.D. in educational leadership and policy studies in higher education from Loyola University Chicago.
